Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

If you want to return an order, you can make this known in the following ways:

Write us an email;
Use the contact form on the website;
Write us a letter.

Do not forget to include your order number for faster processing. You can use one of the following with our return policy:

Voucher for the payment of the order;
Product with the same value as the purchased product;
Received the paid amount back

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation in the product’s value.

Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged for a return

If you do not have the option to create a shipping label to return your order, we can deliver it to you. We will send you the shipping label by e-mail. The costs for this are € 5.95 for Dutch shipments and European shipments are the costs of the relevant country and will be deducted from the amount to be received by you.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
